Make payments: Transaction amount, currency, payment gateway reference (we do not store card numbers)
Contact us: Name, email, and message content

We also automatically collect: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps for security and service improvement.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve InvoiceGen Pro
To process payments securely via third-party gateways
To send transactional emails (invoice copies, payment receipts)
To prevent fraud and ensure platform security
To respond to support requests

3. Payment Data

Payments are processed by Razorpay, Stripe, and PayPal. We do not store credit/debit card numbers or banking credentials. We only retain transaction IDs and payment status for record-keeping. Please review the privacy policies of these payment processors for details on how they handle your data.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Hostinger. We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, prepared SQL statements to prevent injection, and password hashing (bcrypt). However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:

Payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal) to complete transactions
When required by law or legal process
To protect the rights and safety of InvoiceGen Pro and its users

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
