By registering an account or using InvoiceGen Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Invoiceonline is a web-based invoice generation platform that allows users to create, manage, and download professional invoices. The Service operates on a "first invoice free, then pay-per-download" model.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One account per person/business entity
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Pricing & Payments

• Every new account receives 1 free PDF invoice download
• Additional downloads are charged at $1.00 USD per invoice
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal
• All payments are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Taxes (GST, VAT) may apply based on your location

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
• Create invoices for goods or services not actually provided
• Attempt to bypass payment requirements
• Reverse engineer or copy the platform
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise security
• Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited communications

6. Intellectual Property

Invoiceonline and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the invoice content you create.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceGen Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason we deem necessary. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
